Head Coach

Daði is the most experienced boxing coach in Iceland and a cornerstone of our club. His legacy within our club dates back to its inception, where he not only trained and fought but also played a pivotal role as the head coach from 2007 to 2011, achieving remarkable success. After an enriching tenure in Akureyri, Daði returns to his roots, bringing with him an unparalleled wealth of experience and knowledge that has been finely honed over the years. His credentials include certifications from the International Boxing Association (IBA) and the National Olympic Committee (NOC) as a level 3 coach. Moreover, Daði is recognized as an ÍAK private trainer.
